Cara Fall

Cara Fall is the principal and founder of SISU Path, a Canadian business supporting the development and implementation of a trauma-informed process in legal matters. Cara completed her education in New Zealand and has worked in western Canada in many different roles from front line to senior management. Her primary focus is working with trauma survivors.

Cara brought the expertise about the impacts of trauma to the development of the trauma-informed process successfully used to support hundreds of women seeking compensation for gender-based harassment in their workplace. Cara with her SISU Path team, helped create the examples used to demonstrate signs of trauma and the tools that can reduce re-traumatization in legal processes.
