Indspire is an Indigenous national charity that invests in the education of First Nations, Inuit and Métis people for the long-term benefit of these individuals, their families and communities, and Canada. Indspire's Building Better Futures: Bursaries, Scholarships, and Awards program provides financial support to First Nations, Inuit and Métis students across Canada. These donations are matched by the Government of Canada, doubling the positive impact for students.

Emond Publishing Indigenous Student Bursary
The annual Emond Publishing Indigenous Student Bursary offers $4,400 in funding for indigenous students, which will be matched by another $4,400 from the Government of Canada for a total of $8,800 in funding. Eligible applicants must be enrolled in a Canadian law school and demonstrate an interest in pursuing a career in criminal law or criminal justice. We acknowledge the generous support of David Schermbrucker, Randy Schwartz, Mabel Lai, and Nader Hasan, the authors of Search and Seizure, in helping to make this bursary possible.
