Celeste Poltak

Celeste Poltak, BA (Queen's University), LLB (University of Calgary), LLM (London School of Economics), is a partner at Koskie Minsky LLP in Toronto, practising in the area of class proceedings. Ms. Poltak's practice has included the national settlement of the residential schools litigation, common issues trials, and appellate proceedings concerning environmental torts, securities, and institutional negligence. She has been published in academic journals on various subjects relating to the litigation of class actions, is an adjunct faculty member at Osgoode Hall Law School, and has been named a Litigator to Watch by the Lexpert Cross-Border litigation guide.
