Christopher Waters

Christopher Waters (BA, LLB, LLM, DCL) is Dean and Professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Windsor. His previous academic post was at the University of Reading in the United Kingdom. He has been a visiting scholar at the Changing Character of War Programme at Oxford University, the Centre d'Etudes et de Recherche Internationales et Communautaires at Aix-Marseille Université and the Asser Institute in The Hague. Dr. Waters' research interests are in the areas of international humanitarian law, international human rights law, law and politics in Eastern Europe, and active transportation and the law. He has extensive human rights and election monitoring field experience in the Caucasus and Balkans.
