Danielle Robitaille
Danielle Robitaille has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto and an LLB from Dalhousie University. She is a partner at Henein Hutchison LLP, where her practice focuses on criminal, regulatory, and disciplinary litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Ms Robitaille has appeared before all levels of court and is an active member of the Inmate Appeal Duty Counsel Program for the Court of Appeal for Ontario. In April 2016, she was appointed senior counsel to the Honourable Justice Michael Tulloch on the Independent Police Oversight Review. Ms Robitaille has lectured extensively on trial advocacy, expert evidence, and ethical issues at the Law Society of Ontario, the Federation of Law Societies, Osgoode Professional Development, the Advocates’ Society, the Office of the Chief Coroner of Ontario and the Ontario Court of Justice. She is the parent of nine-year-old twins.
