Darcy MacPherson

Darcy MacPherson is a Professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba. He is also currently (2022-2025) the Research Director of the Marcel A. Desautels Centre for Private Enterprise and the Law. He researches in the areas of corporate law, organizational criminal liability, agency and partnerships, and secured transactions.
