Gargi Mukherji
Professor Gargi Mukherji is a full time faculty instructor at Sheridan College’s Faculty of Applied Health and Community Studies - Paralegal program. Gargi holds an LL.B. degree from the University of Manitoba, and a B.Ed. and M.Ed. from the University of Windsor. Professor Mukherji has more than 10 years of experience as a Crown Prosecutor in Winnipeg, and in Windsor where most recently, she was in-house Counsel for the Windsor-Essex Children’s Aid Society. Professor Mukherji has also taught at the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. Her specific areas of practice and education are in criminal law, child protection law, advocacy and evidence. She is fluent in three languages.
