H. Michael Rosenberg

H. Michael Rosenberg, AB (Harvard, PBK, High Hons), MPhil (Cambridge, Distinction), JD (Toronto, Hons), has been called to the bars of Ontario and New York. He practises law at McCarthy Tétrault LLP with an emphasis on class actions. Mr. Rosenberg is an adjunct professor of class actions at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law and a member of the Law Commission of Ontario's Advisory Committee on Class Action Reform. He speaks and publishes frequently on the subject of class actions, with a particular focus on restitutionary class proceedings. Mr. Rosenberg served as a law clerk to the Rt. Hon. Beverley McLachlin, chief justice of Canada.
