Howie Page

Howie Page, a retired senior officer of the Toronto Police Service, completed 36 years of service before retiring as the unit commander of the Toronto Drug Squad. Howie was a part-time instructor in multiple subjects in the Police Foundations Program at Humber College for seven years. He joined Centennial College in 2015 as a full-time professor teaching multiple courses in the Police Foundations Program, where he continues to teach. Howie is also the general manager of training at TNT Justice Consultants Inc., a training company specializing in adult education and training for special constables across the province of Ontario as well as employees from the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services. Howie holds a BAA in Justice Studies from the University of Guelph-Humber.
