Margot Davis

Margot Davis is a Toronto-based lawyer and legal writer. While somewhat unusual for a lawyer, Margot graduated from the University of Toronto (HBSc with Distinction) and worked at a psychology laboratory in her undergradu- ate years. She attended the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. Since being called in 2018, her career experience has been diverse. Her experiences include practising as a lawyer at a boutique intellectual property firm, con- tributing to numerous publications, writing advertising materials for profes- sionals, and editing reports for a Toronto-based forensic accountant. Aware of her duty to the broader community as a lawyer, Margot volunteers with the Toronto branch of Lawyers Feed the Hungry on a regular basis.
