Michael Pratt
Michael Pratt (B.Sc., LL.B., LL.M., Ph.D.) is an associate professor in the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University, where he is also cross-appointed to the Department of Philosophy. He has published on topics in contract law, tort law, and the law of remedies. His main scholarly preoccupation is understanding the role of consent and intention in the creation, extinction, and enforcement of legal and moral obligations.
