Neva R. McKeague

Neva McKeague, along with co-author Willa Voroney, compiled the original volume of annotations in 1985 through the Continuing Legal Education Office, and she continued to be directly involved with the project until the 2013 Consolidation. The work she contributed to the previous editions laid the foundation for the Fourth Edition in 2013, and although a number of other contributors helped to update that edition, Neva’s work was still very much evident in the quality of annotations and the depth of knowledge of the subject matter, which carries through to the present.
