Paul Atkinson

Paul Atkinson, B.A., B.Ed., LL.B., LL.M., has taught law courses at Canadian universities and colleges for over thirty years. Paul studied law at the University of Alberta and Osgoode Hall Law School at York University and economics and education at Brock University. Paul worked as a lawyer in Halifax, Nova Scotia and is the author of The Canadian Justice System: An Overview, Proof: Canadian Rules of Evidence (both currently in their fourth editions), Business Law in Ontario (2nd. edition), and Canadian Private Law (July 2019).
