Peter D. Quinn

Peter D. Quinn, B.A., LL.B., is counsel to McCarthy Tétrault’s Real Property & Planning Group in Toronto. Co-author of this book since its second edition, he has more than 45 years of legal experience in a wide range of real property law areas including extensive experience in residential real estate and commercial real estate law but previously had extensive residential real estate experience. Peter’s legal experience in these areas includes joint ventures, acquisitions, project financing, environmental, condominium development, leasing, and construction law. Peter has lectured extensively on legal education matters and has contributed to other legal publications and authored a wide variety of articles on real estate matters. Peter has been recognized in the 2006 to 2019 editions of the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as a leading lawyer in the area of property development, all editions of Chambers Global: The World’s Leading Lawyers as a leading lawyer in the area of real estate law and Best Lawyers in Canada in the field of real estate law.
