Richard Albert

Richard Albert is Professor of World Constitutions at the University of Texas at Austin and the inaugural Allan Rock Visiting Professor of Law at the University of Ottawa. He writes about constitutional amendment in comparative, doctrinal, historical and theoretical perspectives. A former law clerk to the Chief Justice of Canada, Richard Albert holds degrees in law and political science from Yale, Oxford and Harvard.
