Vincent Kazmierski
Vincent Kazmierski, B.A., M.A., LL.B., S.J.D., has been on faculty at Carleton University since 2005 and is currently serving as Chair of the Department of Law and Legal Studies. Prior to joining Carleton, he was an associate at a national law firm where he practised civil and commercial litigation, as well as constitutional and administrative law. Though he remains a member of the Bar of Ontario, Vincent left the active practice of law to complete his doctorate (S.J.D.) at the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto. In 1997-98, he worked as a law clerk to Justice Beverley McLachlin of the Supreme Court of Canada. Vincent is also a co-editor, together with Rebecca Jaremko Bromwich, Betina Appel Kuzmarov and others, of Introduction to Legal Studies, Volumes 1 and 2, published by Captus Press.
